{"id":33004,"date":"2025-02-13T10:09:20","date_gmt":"2025-02-13T00:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cityfertility.com.au\/?post_type=staff&#038;p=33004"},"modified":"2026-03-17T14:27:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T04:27:21","slug":"nicole-wimmer","status":"publish","type":"staff","link":"https:\/\/cityfertility.coconutlab.io\/zh-hans\/staff\/nicole-wimmer\/","title":{"rendered":"Nicole Wimmer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00509f;\">Nicole is a specialist fertility counsellor available to assist individuals and couples undertaking fertility treatment, as well as those considering starting, or ending, treatment, and those considering the use of donors and surrogates.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicole works primarily in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fertility issues (including IVF, donor, surrogacy),<\/li>\n<li>Perinatal mental health,<\/li>\n<li>Adjustment to major life changes (including disability, divorce, loss of job, returning to the workforce, and parenthood),<\/li>\n<li>Grief and loss, and<\/li>\n<li>Managing anxiety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nicole has a relaxed and engaging approach to therapy and draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also has personal experience in IVF treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Nicole has been a Registered Psychologist since 1999.
