As a Clinical Psychology Registrar, Rhiannon provides psychological support to individuals, couples, and families navigating fertility challenges. She offers care in a safe, warm, and collaborative environment and takes an authentic, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach, working alongside clients to tailor therapy to their needs.
Rhiannon works primarily in:
- Fertility counselling
- Donor supportive counselling
- Grief and loss related to fertility and reproductive experiences
- Emotional support for individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment
Rhiannon draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed strategies.
She supports individuals and couples experiencing the emotional impact of fertility treatment, reproductive decision-making, and loss. She works collaboratively to help clients feel supported, informed, and emotionally equipped throughout their fertility journey.
Rhiannon holds a Master of Clinical Psychology (with distinction) and a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies, and provides neuro-affirming, person-centred care.
Alongside her fertility work, Rhiannon has experience supporting clients with a range of broader mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and chronic health conditions. Rhiannon works with adults and adolescents aged 13 years and over and is currently accepting new clients.
