Nicole is a specialist fertility counsellor available to assist individuals and couples undertaking fertility treatment, as well as those considering starting, or ending, treatment, and those considering the use of donors and surrogates.
Nicole works primarily in:
- Fertility issues (including IVF, donor, surrogacy),
- Perinatal mental health,
- Adjustment to major life changes (including disability, divorce, loss of job, returning to the workforce, and parenthood),
- Grief and loss, and
- Managing anxiety.
Nicole has a relaxed and engaging approach to therapy and draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also has personal experience in IVF treatment.
Nicole has been a Registered Psychologist since 1999. She has full membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA) and the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA).
She can provide face-to-face appointments on the Gold Coast or Zoom/Telehealth appointments nationally (day/evening/some Saturdays).
