Dr Heng Tang is a highly experienced fertility doctor, obstetrician, and gynaecologist based in Brisbane, with over 27 years of caring for women and families. He provides expert support across all stages of the fertility and pregnancy journey — from conception through to delivery and beyond.
Dr Tang completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1994 and undertook specialist training at respected hospitals including Mater Mothers’, Logan, and Nambour. He became a Fellow of RANZCOG in 2007 and has since built a reputation for combining advanced medical care with kindness and respect.
He offers care in:
- IVF, IUI, and infertility treatment
- Pregnancy and birth (low-risk and high-risk)
- General and surgical gynaecology
- Minimally invasive surgery, including total laparoscopic hysterectomy
Dr Tang delivers babies at Greenslopes Private Hospitals, working closely with midwives in a team-based model of care.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Tang teaches future doctors as a Senior Lecturer and examiner for obstetrics and gynaecology training at both the University of Queensland and Griffith University.
