Dr Anthony Cerqui is a warm and experienced fertility specialist, obstetrician, and gynaecologist who has been caring for families in Toowoomba for more than two decades. He is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care that is tailored to each patient’s needs, helping you feel informed and supported throughout your fertility or gynaecological journey.
He works across IVF and fertility care and gynaecology, with a special interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. His advanced surgical skills allow him to treat conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain, offering patients less invasive options with quicker recovery times.
After completing his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1988, Dr Cerqui went on to establish a leading multidisciplinary practice in Toowoomba, where he has delivered more than 10,000 babies and supported countless families in their fertility and reproductive health. With decades of experience, he continues to bring both expertise and empathy to every consultation.
Dr Cerqui is also proud to lead Rainbow Fertility Toowoomba, providing inclusive pathways for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. This includes support for donor conception, partner IVF, and surrogacy, ensuring that everyone has access to compassionate and personalised fertility care.
