    Q&A:
    1. What led you to pursue subspecialty training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (CREI)?

Prof Greening: I wanted to be accredited to manage complex fertility cases at the highest level. CREI provided the expert training needed to support patients through recurrent IVF failure, miscarriage, and endocrine infertility issues.

    2. What are your key clinical interests within fertility care?

Prof Greening: I focus on reproductive endocrinology, including PCOS, recurrent miscarriage, recurrent IVF failure, and microsurgical reversals, helping patients navigate these challenging issues. I also have a keen interest in donors.

    3. How do you support diverse family types in fertility treatment?

Prof Greening: Through City Fertility and Rainbow Fertility, I offer partner IVF and donor treatment paths for single women and LGBTQ+ patients, with continuity and personalised care at every step.
