Who is eligible for the exclusive 20% discount?
This offer is available exclusively to South Sydney Rabbitohs members and their families.
To redeem it, simply complete the form above and quote ‘RABSCITY20’ during the booking process. Once your details are confirmed, the discount will be applied to eligible services as part of our partnership with the Rabbitohs.Which services does the discount apply to?
Members and Families of the South Sydney Rabbitohs with whom we have partnered can claim 20% off the following services:
- Sperm preparation (IUI)
- In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
- Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
- Lab fees associated with a cycle, e.g., sperm and egg freezing, embryogen, etc
- Andrology services, including DNA fragmentation
Chill - Freeze fee includes 6 months of complimentary storage of embryos and/or gametes
Exclusions include donor sperm and eggs, specialist laboratory fees, TESA, MicroTESE, Genetic Testing, day hospital/procedure centre fees, anaesthetist, on-going storage fees and fertility specialist fees associated with fertility treatment.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
How do I redeem my discount?
To access the exclusive 20% discount, simply complete the booking form above and quote ‘RABSCITY20’ when booking your appointment. Our team will verify your eligibility as a South Sydney Rabbitohs member or fan and apply the discount to eligible services.

Terms and Conditions: The offer is available to all Rabbitohs members and fans, and extends also to any direct family members. Discount excludes specialist laboratory fees, TESA, TESE, donor sperm and eggs, day hospital/procedure centre fees, anesthetist fees, on-going storage fees, and fertility specialist fees associated with fertility treatment. 20% cycle fee discounts are applied prior to any Medicare rebates, and so actual out-of-pocket cost reductions may be as high as 55% off when compared to usual out-of-pocket pricing without the offer. Final out-of-pocket costs will vary depending on the patient’s individual circumstances, individualised treatment plan, location and relative to Medicare eligibility and safety net thresholds. Only one discount may be applied per treatment.
