Dr Perkins: “Mastering microsurgical vasectomy and tubal reversal techniques enables me to help people conceive naturally, without IVF, when circumstances change.” I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to advance my skills in infertility, male infertility and microsurgery with the help of some wonderful mentors over the years.

2. How does microsurgery factor into your fertility practice?

Dr Perkins: “My microsurgical work, whether vasectomy reversal or testicular sperm retrieval, allows men with azoospermia or previous vasectomy to reclaim options for biological fatherhood.”

3. What range of fertility treatments do you offer?

Dr Perkins: “I provide comprehensive fertility services including IVF, fertility preservation (egg and sperm freezing), advanced laparoscopic surgery, and male infertility diagnosis and treatment.”

4. What is your role in public hospitals and training?
